Shipping to the United States of America (USA)
Orders under $800 are not subject to import duties or taxes and can enter the United States duty-free. Orders over 800 USD might be subject to Import duties or taxes.
Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK)
Orders shipped to the UK are VAT-exempt (no VAT charged at checkout). However, upon arrival, you will be required to pay UK import VAT (approx. 20%) and a customs clearance fee (charged by the courier, usually between £8–£15). We accept Returns or Exchanges within 20 days after receiving your order.
1. Submit an online return request at the Returns Portal or send us an email to hello@ourbrand.pt
2. Pack the item in the same box and stick the returns label on it. Returns labels are prepaid for Portugal and Spain (mainland). In any other cases the customer is responsible for shipping, but we can help and issue a return label for you (let us know).
3. Return the package at a pickup point (CTT and Fedex/TNT are available) or in our office in Portugal (in case you prefer to return directly).
