CONDITIONS

OUR BRAND accepts the exchange or return of articles within a maximum period of 15 days, as long as they have not been used. The item must not be damaged, used, without labels or dirty. If this happens, we will not exchange it.

• Be careful with the article. This must be returned in the same state in which it was purchased;
• Do not remove labels or other items from the box. You must return the package with all the items included in the order;

• Shipping costs for exchange/return are supported by the client. 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

1. Click here to submit your request. 
2. Or, if you prefer, send an email to hello@ourbrand.pt We would be grateful if you indicate the reason why you are returning the piece (reviews are welcome).
3. You must wait for our instructions to send the product by mail. The shipping costs for the return are supported by the client. We are not responsible if the item is lost. The shipping costs for an exchange are be supported by Our Brand (in case of a new exchange the client is responsible for the shipping).

4. After receiving and confirming the conditions of the item, you will be refunded in the same payment method within 7 business days.

 In the event that the return is at the origin of a logistical error by OUR BRAND, the same, only after contact with the customer, will proceed to collect the item, assuming the costs of the return, as well as the shipping costs of the correct product.

OUR BRAND does not accept returns sent with postage paid or cash on delivery.
